A little help getting started
Where can I find my order reference?
Your Neocaridina Handbook reference starts with NS-. Look in your order confirmation or access email. It is different from your PayPal transaction reference.
The download is taking a while
The handbook includes colour photographs. Use a stable connection and allow the download to finish before opening it. Check that your device has enough storage space.
How do I keep the book on my device?
Once the PDF opens, use your browser’s download or save option. On a phone or tablet, you may find this in the share menu. Save a copy to Files, Downloads or your preferred PDF reading app so you can return to it.
I cannot find the access email
Check the inbox and spam folder for the email address used at PayPal checkout. If your link has expired or the message has gone missing, request a fresh link using the form above.
Still need a hand?
Check that the payment completed and that your device has a PDF reader. If you don’t know your Neocaridina Handbook reference, include your PayPal transaction reference when contacting us. Never send your password or card details.
